Box.com also gives 50GB for free, which admittedly isn't near your requirement but is nice. I use it too.

Click to expand... Box has a file size limit of $250MB per file. Pretty much useless for anyone with 1.5GB in data. -t

I also found out another good one, Copy.com by Barracuda, just signed up using someone's link and I got 15GB plus the extra 5GB by using someone's referral. Sound like a good deal too.
