What is the best free QR code scan app?

Hi, ideally have the function to detect doggy QR codes.

I just use the one that is accessible from the iPhone's control center. It seems to have no problem scanning QR codes printed on paper, displayed on my computer monitor, or even from 6 feet away on ads paused on my OLED TV screen.

And on a lighter note, I would try to scan my doggy for QR codes, but he was born in the age UPC barcodes. No need to scan that, as I'm sure it would come up as "priceless" 😂

I guess you are missing the fact that the OP was asking if one exists…if you are missing anything. By "doggy" the OP meant "dodgy".
