isnt that ADC though and not DVI? youd have to pay 100 for a converter as well. id say the apple 20" is the best, but yeah, its not 17". i think apple should come out with a good 17" monitor, that would be awsome, i mean they already make a 17 imac, so why not just a 17" screen? ive seen samsung monitors that are good, they have a silver look to them, not metal, but they are painted to look metal. i think they look pretty good. and also not wide screen.

A bit on the pricey side (compared to others) but definitely the 20" or 23" ACD.

Xerox makes stylish, cheap LCDs with low response time and DVI, and a silver foot to match the mini.

An added bonus is the irony of having a Xerox monitor for your Mac, since Apple "stole" the GUI for the first Mac from Xerox... :D

lcd

yea i work at best buy and we have a westinghouse 17' widescreen that is identical to the mac mini. it has dvi and and is $250. that is the monitor you want.... :)

There's always Formac that cloned the original ACD look.

Actually... Apple was allowed to tour their R&D, and changed the GUI from the "many text-based inputs" to "modern-GUI."
