Hi,

I am looking for a optibay caddy for my macbook pro 2012, 15" (NOT RETINA). I know that there are several models out there but I am not sure which one is compatible with macbook 2012 with a good price value.

If you have any experience with some model that you know that works, please let me know.

Thanks.

I know several users on here have mentioned the cheap ones on Amazon. I'd be willing to try that first, since they're so much less than the "name brand" ones.

owc have a datadoupler caddy. they are a more bit expensive than the amazon/ebay version. the caddy are machined from a billet of aluminum and then anodized blue and are very sturdy and fit perfectly. in a sense, they are priced accordingly.:D
