I have my original but I would like to make a back up because I travel a lot and I just wanted to see what the best way was to back it up would be. would nero work or is there something better?

Oh, and just to let you know, it's not worth the trouble.

Just use Time Machine.

See this http://discussions.apple.com/thread.jspa?messageID=6737339&#6737339 for instructions. Make sure you test it out first (at least to the point of error checking the DVD and booting, and quit before the install). It is not a gray area - ONE backup copy is explicitly allowed (section 2 C of the license).

[Tangent: Any license that doesn't allow it won't stand up in a court -- but that's the hard way of finding out. What would YOU do if you were on a jury and such a case came before you :) ].
