I'm just wondering since I will have to take it in to replace the HDD. (I don't dare try to do it myself.) I want to clean the outside where the illuminated :apple: is and they keyboard and keys.

Thank you! :)

Can't go wrong with a microfiber cloth dampened with water. Make sure the computer is turned off first and unplugged.

Thank you, I did that, but I was thinking I was doing it wrong. :)

Incase anyone is actually interested. I didn't have to take my MBP in. It wasn't a mechanical problem at all. It was a software problem. (Which I now have a Mac technician suggested app for.) I dodged a bullet, as they say. :) Thank you for the help nonetheless. :)
