I want to be able to manage what is open in the background for optimal performance, what is the best program for this? I have OpenSSH and a few other programs that I don't want running at all times.

Oh, and btw, does anyone know how I can change the lock screen to have the weather and other such info?

If jailbroken:

Do a google search for iphone system manager or sumthing like that, i remember seeing one that lets you see and close running processes

If not jailbroken:

dont worry about it, 2.XX doesnt allow for backround processes of any appstore apps.
