What is the best way to submit a request/suggestion to Apple?

I understand why Apple screws us by trickling out features every year so that we are always a year behind what we want the iphone to be so that we keep having to upgrade, but I imagine that there are some features that are fairly simple that wouldn't be that hard to implement. I have a couple of those ideas, but I'm not sure where to send it. Google makes it very easy. They have a Google Product Ideas page where you can give and vote on ideas that have been submitted. I wish Apple had something like that, but since they don't what is the best way to go about it?
