What is the best way to switch from my 2015 MBP to 2017 TB version?

I bought the 15" 2015 MBP back in 2016 and truly regretted it; though I know that the touch bar is not gonna be that useful to me, it is truly appealing.

So I am thinking about selling my current MBP and grab the 2017 TB MBP instead. Do Apple accept these kind of trade-ins? Otherwise, where should I sell my current MBP?
