What is the best way to sync calendars among Windows, Linux and iOS devices?

Hello, if I change the calendar content of iPad, iPhone or on my Mac, the rest get updated automatically. If I replace my MacBook Pro with a Windows laptop, is it still easy to sync across devices and how?
