What is the best way to trim videos taken by iPhone?

Hello, I have an iPhone 6s+. I often take videos. The beginning and ending of each videos are not useful. What is the best way to trim them if:

a) I don't need to keep the original
b) I need to keep both the original and the trimmed version

Under Photos, there are only playback option. Thanks
