got a clear case by Torrii for $25 but it goes yellow after a few month of use, is there any other reputed brand that wouldn't go yellow for sure? I do not smoke and I'm living and working in a smoke-free environment so it wasn't due to smoking

clear cases are known to get yellowish after a few months/years of use.even if you wash the case regularly...only solution is to not get a clear case.

If you get an Otterbox Symmetry in clear, they will replace it if you call them/use their warranty website if it gets yellow.

What makes cases yellow is UV light from sunlight and other things. It’s inevitable, no matter what the manufacturer says. The only difference is some cases are slightly more resistant to yellowing than others.

I really liked the Spigen clear Ultra Hybrid case but as others have mentioned, after about six months it turns yellow. I've since bought the same case with a clear back and a black outer rim and it solved the yellowing. I use it for workouts and hiking, then throw on my Apple leather case for everything else..

Hi, as a result, is it better to get the cheapest case and replace it regularly if I like to stick to clear case? Any other underlying problem for cheap case? Could it scratch the phone when it is installed?

My Spigen ultra hybrid turned yellow in 2 weeks, it was mostly indoors. I wanted to follow the same idea as yours , of replacing them every 4-6 months when I bought it. But the yellowing after 2 weeks put the spanner in the works. Using Apple clear case for 2 months now and no signs of yellowing. There are few compromises, taking the case off is a challenge for me as well as the hard buttons. As long it doesnt yellow am ok with those as I don’t do it frequently.

Casetify Bounce, Ultra Impact and impact cases are all excellent in terms of drop protection.

This is an awesome case for the money. No yellowing yet but it hasn't been long.

Got a Kisen clear with Magsafe from Amazon for $13. I like how the back of the case has a lip so the back doesn't touch the surface so the edges give me a better grip. The toggle switch hole is also bigger so easier to toggle on/off.

I like Casetify
Casetify makes some of the best cases. I have the Casetify Bounce on my iPhone 13 pro and I love it. It makes it very easy to hold and has a lot of protection. I also own 2 Casetify Ultra Impact and 1 regular Impact case.

Yellowing will happen to all phone clear cases that have TPU (it's the soft plastic) due to oxidation. It's unavoidable.

Hi all, since I finally realize that it's unlikely to find any clear case which doesn't go yellow quickly and I do not like any opaque case so now I have given up using any case totally and use the phone without any case......
