What is the circular action symbol in the top called?

I want to change the I guess you could the action symbol in the top bar of the iPhone, it's circular and spins when working! I have a jailbroken phone already and thought there would be a tweak or something to change it to a different shape or object just curious? Thanks

sounds like itunes sync perhaps or page loading circle not sure which you are referring to

If it doesn't move then maybe the rotation lock icon...but you said it rotates so IDK
