Hello All,
I found the "Console " app in Application>Utilities. It has some info that looks like system data, I/O data, and some web data. The errors it captures are all types and it only hold info for 24 hrs. What is this program, what does it do and can the average user use it for anything?

The average user really can't gain anything from it. But I suggest you not look too much at what it displays or you'll start thinking there's lots of stuff wrong with your Mac.

From Console > Help:
Console Help

Viewing system messages
You can use Console to view messages sent by applications and your computer system.

Solving problems using Console
Programmers and technical support can use messages sent by applications and the system to help solve problems.

Hello,

I will admit I did have a quick momentary adrenaline rush when I first looked at it.
Can anyone look at the info and get any idea of your computer habits?

A Genius (should) or a power user can read it to make sure things are working properly, to find and fix bugs, or look for misbehaving programs.

It's a front-end for displaying log files and crash reports.

The actual files are in:
/private/var/log/
/Library/Logs/
~/Library/Logs/
/Library/Application\ Support/CrashReporter/
~/Library/Application\ Support/CrashReporter/
