What is the create date for the latest Mojave Installer?

I downloaded Mojave awhile ago and the file's create date is Sept. 19, 2019. I would like the latest version and will download it again if there is a newer version. If anyone recently downloaded Mojave and still has the installer file, would you please check the create date?

Your installer will have an expired certificate in it, so download a new copy.
