What is the difference between NSArray and NSMutableArray

An NSMutableArray can be modified. An NSArray cannot be modified without recreating it.
That's about as far as my knowledge of the subject goes. If that's too basic, try a google search - it looks like there is alot of info there about it and you'll get your answers much faster.
