What is the difference between the base 2.66 Quad MP and the new base 2.8 Quad?

Is it just the processor speed bump, hard drive size bump, and video card upgrade?

Is the newly announced base 2.8 Quad processor from the same family as the 2.66? Are there any differences between these processors besides speed?

The 2.8 also has AirPort standard, plus the other stuff you listed.

The CPUs are from the same line and are identical, except for the core clocks.
