What is the fastest RAM I can put in a MacBookPro8,2?

I have a macbookpro8,2 with a 2Ghz i7 and I was wondering if I could install 16GB or pc3-12800?

You can install 16GB. As for speed, the spec is 1333, but you can put 1600 in there.
