What is the Macbook Pro Max Fan RPM? 9000 I got with smc fan control...but no more!

Installed smc fan control and initially went up to 9000 rpm--very bloody loud!

Then relaunched it, now maxes out at 6200 rpm. Can I make this higher, it won't let me any more. Tried re installing.

June 2009 MBP 15 2.8 ghz.

Maybe something to do with my logic board being replaced. What do any of you other MBP 09 users get?
