What is the media browser and how do I use it?

It's a browser that gives you access to your media(iTunes, iPhoto, Movies) from various applications.

If you make a movie with iMovie, you can, if you want, send a copy to the Media Browser. At some later date you can launch iDVD and choose that movie from the browser. Using Pages/Keynote/Numbers you can access your media via the browser.
