What is the name of this app?

Hi, a couple of months ago, MacRumors presented on its Front Page an app that allows us to add special effects in a movie on the mac. In the presentation, we saw some one shoot some kind of rocket on a tv and a car crashing into an office. It seemed really easy to use and my 12 years old son needs it for a school project.

Anybody knows what I'm talking about?

It sounds like Action Movie FX but that is an iPhone app. Available through the app store.
