I had purchased a brand new macbook pro retina(2015 model) through amazon in India. This macbook has backlight bleed issue, I submitted the device to apple authorized service center. They have re-installed the OS and ran some diagnostic and they are saying that the diagnostics results have passed and there is no issue with the macbook. But backlight bleeding issue still exist in my macbook. Where as, people all around the world who have faced this backlight bleeding issue have got replacement for their screens. How to escalate this issue to the next level ? I have attached the screenshots of my macbook for refefence. Please let me if there is way to make these people understand about this issue.

Thanks,
Kiran

This is the heirachy of things for all things Apple Service.

Authorised service center
AppleCare representative / Genius Bar representative
Senior AppleCare advisor / Apple Store Senior Advisor
Apple Product Specialist
tcook@apple.com, sjobs@apple.com

Surprisingly, someone still reads Steve's emails and replies. That said, I did have a MacBook and iPhone replaced by sending an email to Tim Cook. But be polite and honest about your problem. They may very well ignore you if you are BS-ing or not friendly.

Thanks a lot for your reply :). I will try explaining this issue to Apple Store Senior Advisor and see how it goes.
