what is the noticable difference without dedicated graphics memory?

So i have come down to getting either the high-end MacBook or the lower end MacBook pro.

On the MacBook i would upgrade to 4bg of DDR3 ram and maybe the 320gb HD. Therefore the only thing separating the two would be screen size and dedicated graphics memory.

I have a 12 inch powerbook right now with GeForce FX Go5200 64mb. so i dont really know what the difference would be. i know that my computer now gets choppy when i use to play WOW and D2. Im not looking for video editing capabilities right now. But i am starting up my own busy and running a few MMA blogs so i dont know what will happen.

Basically:
What would be the significant difference between the 9400M and 9400M + 9600M with 256mb?

The Pro has firewire. To me, that settles it.

i understand that, since i have a 2 external HDs, but they also use usb.
