what is the plist.dcm extension?

I believe the .dcm is the extension, but anyways, I got a lot of files of this type in my folders, they are 4k and nothing, I simply delete them. They start with the same name of a file I currently have in the folder or that used to exist

I noticed these files after I switched from Windows Vista to Snow Leopard (having already switched from Leopard to Vista previowsly)

I belive they have something to do with my backup software wich is WD Memeo Anywhere Backup, I alsways used this one both on Windows and Mac.

So, Im curious aksing...
