Hello, given that files can be shared wirelessly and iOS devices have a camera, what is the point of buying the following cables for iOS devices?

Lighting to Micro USB Adapter
Lighting to SD Card Camera Reader

Pretty obvious really, transferring files from other devices which don't connect wirelessly to your iOS device.

Thanks. I read a post from a user saying that with the Lighting to Micro USB Adapter, he felt that his iPhone charged faster. Is this possible?

'Felt that' is entirely subjective. If the micro USB cable was connected to a higher wattage adapter, that may have made the difference.

iOS cameras make a lot of compromises for the convenience of being part of your device, but for people going to the trouble of using a camera, these adaptors are one way of transferring files to the device for editing or uploading.
