What is the Return time for the 3G

I wanted to return a Phone and my AT&T Commitment would I still be able to if the Phone was Purchased/Activate 1/3?

Yes. You can return it until February 2, 2009 without paying the ETF.

May I ask why, since you've had it 12 days?

the 3G Coverage has been weak, but the Major reason is because the Wife has been diagnosed with a Major Unforseen illness, and I expect my Funds will be getting mighty thin. Do I just return the phone to the Apple Store and they will handle the cancellation of the AT&T Contract?

That should be the procedure, yes, but I've never done it. Ask them to/if they can cancel it.

Thanks for the Kind Word, We won't know more until early next week, unfortunately things are not looking great, so I have to give The Apple Store some praise, I was'nt quite feeling all that well when I went in there, but they were very helpful and got everything taken care of pretty quickly, and got me out fairly quick, very good customer service.
