What is the shortcut to ditch font information when pasting?

I remember awhile ago reading about a way to use a shortcut to bring over the appropriate font information. You know how sometimes you paste something and it's a different font and screws up the look. There is a way to not change the font when you paste and I can't find it.

I remember reading at this same place about other ways to use shortcuts for fonts when pasting and in other situations but after looking I can't find it anywhere and all my searches turn up nothing.

Anyone know?

command+shift+option+v

But it only works in applications that support it, like Pages.

Normally, it's Option + Shift + Command + V (a.k.a. "Paste and Match Style")
