Just a fun poll to find out what storage capacity (16, 32, 64 GB) iPad you purchased, or would like to/plan on purchasing. I got the 16GB new iPad and although I would like some more breathing room, it's sufficient enough for my needs with 8 GB still free.

64 GB (3rd gen) because I got it for $550. 32 GB I think is the sweet spot IMO. I've almost filled all 64 but there's a bit of stuff I could live without

16GB is good if you're always in wifi and mostly stream, just sucks when you go on long trips with no wifi or extremely expensive wifi

New iPad 64GB. I have a lot of music and also wanted room for movies when I travel. Plus the apps that update with retina support seem to be getting bigger also.

Congrats on posting "what size iPad did you buy?" poll #9,847.

I'll give you 3 guesses.

16 GB new iPad, but only because I didn't have the money to pay for the 32 GB. I had a 32 GB original iPad and it was the sweet spot. I can't keep my music on here locally, which kinda sucks, but I just stream a lot more. Nbd. Next time I'll go for the 32 GB though.

I just bought my 3rd gen with 64gb about two weeks ago and only have 10 gb left. Foreflight alone takes up 11bg for all my charts while flying, combined with a select few of my favorite music videos and apps and I'm already wishing for more storage. But that's why I have my MBA with a few external dives :) I just have waaaay too much stuff haha.

16GB iPad 2 here. Next one will be 32GB. 16GB is enough for me but I share it with my five year old and those kiddie games take up a ton of space!

I bought a 32 gig on launch day while I was in NYC, but after spending time with the blue shirt demonstrating iMovie & iPhoto I immediately returned it and got a 64 gig.

Very glad I did too.
