I'm trying to create AAC LC versions of my FLAC-formatted music collection to sync onto my iPhone. I'm trying to only tag once, and my FLAC files are mostly well tagged, so I want to get those tags perfect and then have dbPoweramp convert it all across so that after I've done an "Add folder to Library ..." in iTunes to import my AAC files, all the tagging will be correct with no post-editing in iTunes required.
The good news is that, after a lot of experiments, I'm pretty much there. I just have one problem that I hope is a trivial one. All of my tracks in iTunes show as "Track Number <something> of <Blank>" in the "Get Info" panel.
It seems obvious what's wrong; I have the correct track number tag in each file but I haven't set any tag for the total number of tracks in the album. I need to go and add these missing tags to the FLAC files that I'm building everything from so could someone please tell me the correct iTunes tag name for the number of tracks in an album. Thanks.
