What is the UK time for iPhone 6 pre order?

Sorry to ask, I have googled but there are many Pacific times and they all seem to say 8:00 or 9:00 am, but elsewhere on here users are talking about 3:00am ?

It's available at exactly the same moment everywhere - 00:00 Pacific time which is 8:00 UK time.
