What is the use for the t-mobile sim card in the iPhone 6?

I got my t-mobile version iphone 6 from apple online store. It comes with a tmobile sim card inside the phone. I wonder is there any use of it with that sim? Does it comes with a number on that sim? Is it able to charge it with this?

Its for in case you didnt have tmobile or didnt have a nano sim. You can keep it for future, or do what you want with it if you already have a nano sim. If you didn't, then you can transfer your old sim to the nano sim in the phone.

Yea, I want to use the t-mobile walmart $30 plan, but I don't have a tmobile plan. I should bring all the things to tmobile and ask them to transfer the walmart $30 plan into the nano sim?

Yes. I think for sim card changes you might be able to do it through the tmobile website for your account too.
