iPod what is the wattage to charge an Ipod Nano

We are off to mexico on monday and am bringing the Nano. I bought the Black and Decker pocket power (portable power supply) that provides 16 watts of continous power for upto 4 hours. Is this sufficient to charge the Nano? Thanks in advance for the answers:)
