what is the weight of the new MBP packed and ready to be delivered?

Hi, I need to post two MBPs. To estimate the shipping price and need to figure our what is the weight and dimensions of the MBP ready for shipment. Any ideas? Any one got on of these recently and wanna have a look at the cardboard box to check the weight for me?

According to Amazon.com, the shipping weights are:

8.6 pounds for 13" MBP
9.5 pounds for 15" MBP
11 pounds for 17" MBP

My shipping box said 4.5kg for a 15" MacBook Pro… that calculates to 9.92 lbs for us Americans (or 9 lbs 14.7 oz).

If you're shipping via FedEx or UPS, and shipping with an account number, than you can just put 10 lbs/5 kg as they will both recalculate the weight themselves and charge you whatever that is. For other postal services, you probably should also put 10 lbs/5 kg just to be safe.
