it looks like those cables that Apple stores attach to their devices so people don't run off with their stuff. i don't think Apple sells them though. Why do you need it?? :confused:
 
Does anyone know a accessory similar to it, One that glues on to the cover and when the cable is disconnected or tampered with it sounds a alarm. I am planning on using it with a iPhone 4 so it does not have a security slot.

it's actually a stethoscope, apple uses it to check the hardware rather than taking the entire phone apart.
 
Use Apple's recovery software, findmyiPhone. You don't want to have a security cable attached to your iPhone at all times...
