I'm getting lines in my Console that read as follows:

1/15/12 10:41:25.000 PM kernel: add_fsevent: unabled to get a path for vp 0xffffff80268cf930. dropping the event.
1/15/12 10:41:25.000 PM kernel: add_fsevent: unable to get path for vp 0xffffff80268cf930 (sys; ret 22; type 2)

Anyone know what this is? Time Machine, maybe?

The fsevent is a system process that tracks changes to the file system. I do not know specifically what your message is saying (it looks like it could not find something and gave up looking), but I received the same thing in my log files right around when I closed the lid on my MBP last night. I am not going to be worrying about it.
