What is this app!!?

Frist of all my brother is obsessed with dinosaurs so when I watched the new iPad tv commercial called "love" I saw the dinosaur app and.... Well, what the HELL is it called!? It's not showing up in apples tv commercial apps page. How could I figure this out?

That's what I thought to but it didnt seem exactly the same from the screenshots I saw. And the apps for my 10 yr old brother actually. Haha
