It's not a clear picture but it looks like the icon for people with cell phones. What theme is that?

Ok. I think it's for the people who are connected to IM on their phones. I'm almost certain that's what it is.

i dont think it's mobile. there's only 1 icon that appears to be like that on my list, i certainly do not only have one contact that is on mobile. its something else, I wanna know too
