What is this error about, and how do I get rid of it?

When I installed Panther (using bloody ugrade CD), my computer started giving me this error.

Every time i start up, it does this - I've repaired disk and permissions, but don't know what else to try. Would prefer not to reinstall the whole OS!

Any ideas?

it's okay - i worked it out - it's to do with Palm software. i thought it was something scary to do with the OS.
