Found it in my application support folder from Harddrive > Library > Application support.

The one with the red mark, wont let me access it because of permission.

From some posts in the Apple support forums, it appears it contains lists of what applications and services you have allowed to access your Contacts. I assume it is setup as a system file you don't get in there and mess things up.

The access restriction is also a necessary security measure. If the folder were accessible to every app the user runs, then any app could trivially add itself to the list of apps allowed to access one's contacts. This would completely undermine and defeat the restricting of access to contact data.

By restricting access to the files, apps must go through the defined gateway (the API or daemon or whatever) that controls access to contacts.
