What is this icon in CarPlay?

Sometimes I get this icon beneath the clock and CarPlay and I don’t know why it’s there. It just shows up from time to time and I don’t know how to turn it off or what it’s for any ideas?

That icon means your iPhone is in a focus mode (the work focus, in this case).

AH! mystery solved! however, I'm not sure why it assumes I'm at work. I'm never at work when this happens.
