What is this icon in my statusbar

I have a icon that recently popped up and not sure really what its from. Its the N with a box beside the alarm icon. It appears when i go into certain apps and not sure why. Tried googling but found nothing

It's the Native Background icon from Backgrounder... See if your native backgrounding mode is enabled for these and other apps in backgrounding global settings.

That's Backgrounder statusbar indicator, It is enable for "all" applications.
