iPhone What is this message?

My mom is having some issues (iOS 11, iphone 7)

When she tries to go back in iMessage, a box comes up. I've seen "Edit", "Cancel", "Verizon", and the signal bars in the box. I'm guessing it's an accessibility setting somewhere, but I can't seem to find it. Any thoughts?
