Much greener pastures
Anyone who watched the parade...when Santa appears at the end, there's a whole four or five minute long recorded song with the chorus "Here comes Santa Claus."

It is not that old chestnut "Here Comes Santa Claus (Right Down Santa Claus Lane)". It's catchier and more modern. In fact, they may very well have written it specifically for the parade. Does anybody know if you can get that song anywhere? I'd love to put it in my Christmas party mix.

You can hear parts of it here, starting at about :45.

My bet is that is a song commissioned by Macy's for the parade. I don't know if it exists anywhere.

But like you, I couldn't come up with anything in a search of either Google or the iTunes store...which is why I ended up here. It likely is a proprietary song. Too bad.

The guy playing Santa Claus was rockin' it pretty good. :D
