What is this sound?

Some dirt in the fan(s). What about cleaning them and see, if it continues.

It sounded like alot of clicking sounds under the keyboard.

Maybe something is caught in the fan(s).
At first I thought it could be the HDD, but that sucker is not where the sounds come from.
To really find out, if it is the fan(s), you have to open your MBP.
