Erm, I don't get it. Do you mean the grey Skype icon? I think grey means that the member hasn't made their Skype details public but I could be wrong. I don't use Skype so what would I know.

Ahhh that makes sense that would be the skype icon. It most only show when people enter there contact info for it.
