What is this?

This black bar popped up briefly while using safari on my iPhone 13 Pro. Anyone know what it is, I never seen it before and have no clue how I triggered it.

When you select a field for text input or select text, these icons offer the following functions:
( undo last edit | cut selected text | copy selected text | paste text from clipboard | redo last reverted edit )

Off-topic: to easily select text or place the cursor, keep the space bar pressed and then use the whole keyboard area as touch surface to position the cursor.

Thanks, that’s it! The screen must somehow have recognized me doing that gesture, I was using the phone handheld so it is a bit weird.
