This black bar popped up briefly while using safari on my iPhone 13 Pro. Anyone know what it is, I never seen it before and have no clue how I triggered it.
 
When you select a field for text input or select text, these icons offer the following functions:
( undo last edit | cut selected text | copy selected text | paste text from clipboard | redo last reverted edit )

Off-topic: to easily select text or place the cursor, keep the space bar pressed and then use the whole keyboard area as touch surface to position the cursor.
