What is this?

I was on myspace and all of the sudden, I got this "spyware/adware" warning (seen below)

After the third time of closing the window, it gave me no other choice but to click "OK"; so, I was forced to force quit Safari.

Can someone explain to me what exactly that window was? Was it some malicious program trying to hack my computer or does my MB really have something wrong with it?

Try clicking on Safari, then click "block pop-up windows." It looks like a pop-up window to me. Keep us posted.

Going to MySpace is your problem. You might as well hop on LimeWire. Anyway, it's just a pop up designed to look like an OS message in place to protect you. Nice trick.

its not a popup if its a popup you have the ability to close or minimize the window
