What is up with 10.4.2

OK never had a problem with 10.4.0 or 10.4.1 but .2 is buggering me up here! Apps wont load fully, then they wont quit (Mail) and then they wont Force Quit. It is annoying as I have never had any problems with 10.4.1/0.

Is there anyway I can go back to 10.4.1...

repair permissions and restart
