Sorry, I'm sorta of new to this >_>;

I recently recieved a Macbook Pro for my birthday.

Um, according to what I've read, it comes with 90 days of telephone help service and a year warranty.

What can I do with warranty?

Um, what exactly do I need to keep though?

Like my product serial number, recipt...?

And where should I take it? I have an Apple Store near me >_>;

If you have a Macbook Pro, if you need it repaired you can go to a Apple Store or Service Provider or contact AppleCare. All you really need the the computers serial number and they and see the warranty coverage for it.
