What is wrong with Finder?

As I am reading reactions to today's keynote, I am surprised to notice many of you expressing dissatisfaction with the Finder and Spotlight.

I personally find these two programs very good to manage my files, especially compared to Windows' Explorer. But I have to admit I am not a power user and I would really like to understand what kind of improvements you would like to see to the Finder.
